2009 Caravan Hire Charges

Booking Notes: The deposit payable upon booking is £100 per Week and the balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the booking hire date.

Dogs: There is an additional charge of £35 per week or £5 per night per dog

Vista Complex Facilities: You are entitled to use the Complex facilities at no further cost.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 2008 HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy applies only to caravans situated at Swanage Bay View Holiday Park, Panorama Road, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 2QS and to persons who have booked their holiday caravan direct with Swanage Town Council and who have paid the necessary deposit or hire fee.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your holiday, this will result in the loss of your deposit (£100.00 per week). We undertake to refund the remainder of the hire fee previously paid for the booking except when bookings are cancelled within the six week period before a letting commences and the caravan is not relet.

No refunds will be considered in the case of a hirer or hirers refusing to take up occupation of a caravan on arrival, or after having taken up occupation and vacating before the termination of the hire period, whatsoever the reason.
