TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY / SWIMMING PARTIES.

Bookings / Payment
• The initial deposit must be made on receipt of our confirmation letter (unless Previously paid in advance)   the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the party before the activity takes place
• Confirmation of the approximate number of children attending is required no less than 2 days before the date of the party.
• There will be no reduction in cost for less than 10 children attending.

Cancellations   
• The deposit is non – refundable.
• Parties cancelled less than 2 days before the scheduled date will incur the full cost.
• If cancellation is due to illness or extreme circumstances, we will endeavour to re-schedule to another date that is suitable for you and ourselves.

FIRE PROCEDURES TO CONSIDER:

1. The fire alarm at the Park is a continuous sound. If the alarm sounds please leave the building as quickly as possible from the nearest fire exit. A staff member will direct you to the nearest emergency exit.
2. Leave all belongings where they are; do not attempt to take anything with you.
3. If the children are participating in an activity at that time, do not attempt to dress them or put their shoes back on – take children out as they are.
4. After leaving the exit proceed to the muster point in the car park.
Once assembled at the muster point, check that all members of the party are present. If someone is missing please tell a member of the staff nearby and they will deal with the situation.
5. DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER
