The pool, kept at a constant 25 degrees offers a relaxing swimming environment and uniquely, offers unrivalled views across Swanage Bay

New for 2009 is a Parent and Baby Group that runs every Thursday 10am-11am. Introduce your child to the water whilst keeping fit and having fun.

Don't forget an old favourite AquaFit runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday  9.30am-10.30am, and Tuesday nights between 7-8pm during term time. A great way to exercise with a high intensity but low impact.

GYM & SAUNA

Our small fitness room is all you need for a holiday workout. Before using the gym it is asked that you fill out a PARQ fitness form to ensure your safety. Please click on the above link for pictures of the gym. The Gyms opening hours are the same as the swimming pool.

Use of the gym is strictly limited to over 16 year olds.

The cost of using the gym and sauna is included in the price of an adults swim or is free with your facilities pass.

No membership fee.
